Review Time
So, after my previous review, I complained to the firm about their shoddy wares. In various emails they tried to bully/intimidate me into withdrawing my review, even going to the extent of saying that my refund depended on this:'Please note that we have already removed the product from our store and have forwarded your complaint to our production team for further investigation and necessary action. We kindly request that you consider removing your review and confirm once done, so that we can proceed with processing your refund promptly.'In this, they clearly stated that they intended to refund. They have not.I did of course tell them that any refund was not conditional upon a review, but upon the law:'Once again, I will AMEND the review once this is dealt with to my satisfaction. The fact that you have withdrawn the product suggests to me that you have been fully aware of its faults even as you continued to sell it. I hope that I have now made my position clear; withdrawing the review is in no way conditional upon you dealing properly with my complaint. You are legally bound to do so.'They even admitted to taking the product off-sale!This was along with the threat to not even take my complaint any further if I did not withdraw my review.I have given them time to respond and they have not.'We kindly request that you consider removing your review and confirm once done, so that we can proceed with processing your refund promptly.'This leaves me with little choice but to take further action.My advice to potential customers is to avoid this firm.My advice to Facebook, in all its guises, is to avoid doing business with this company for, as they bring themselves into disrepute, so they do you for giving them a platform.
I bought and received a jacket from this company, the quality was atrocious so I went to return it for a refund and have had nothing but trouble with this company. The have offered me crappy offers like 30% refund of pay £30 to foot the shipping of a new one. After finally getting them to offer a full refund after saying that I’d opened a dispute with my bank they said it’ll take 10-14 business days I waited 14 business days and got no refund to a wrote another email stating that I’d had no refund what are they playing at, at which point my bank had opened my case and refunded me and now they were getting in contact with the company. I then received a horrible, condescending threatening email off the jacket company and in the email they said if I had gone to them in the first place they would’ve sorted the issue and given me a refund promptly (this issue has been going of for 4weeks) that my money was safe with them and that I should’ve told them I’d opened a dispute with my bank (which I had done in every single email) I would recommend that nobody buys anything off the company as it’s terrible quality and they are pure scammers
I bought a Stussy hoodie from them. Its fake and the sizing is ridiculous. My son wears a medium but this is more like a XS. I asked for a exchange and was told I could keep the hoodie I just have to pay another £30 for a bigger size! Obviously I'm not doing that and have had to contact my bank to notify them this is a fraudulent company and to try and get my money back.After a few emails to Famous Jackets they have now stopped replying. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. CHEAP RUBBISH SENT FROM PAKISTAN.
If this store spend more time on their customer service, and less time posting fake Trustpilot reviews, they would improve significantlyIn the end, AMEX gave me my money back, and this absolute disgrace of a shop hasnt even asked me to post the items back... why?Because they are poorly made, low quality tat from Pakistan, and the cost of sending it back to them is worth more than the actual garmentThis is NOT a UK business, do not shop here!!!
