Review Time
Hides bad reviews. I left a two star review on their website and it doesn't show. Don't play around with your oral health with this company. I used their toothbrush for a few years as I have bad teeth and thought I would be giving myself an advantage in some way by using these soft brushes. I just switched back to a regular brush from a dentist and completely forgot how it feels to actually have your gums MASSAGED. These might be ok for the people with perfect teeth, I'm not sure, but I personally wouldn't recommend if you're someone who is using this item to makeup for years/lifetime of imperfect dental health. (Background: I've had a few root canals and a couple teeth pulled.) I can't outright blame this company for any one thing that has happened, but I can't imagine this is a good option for gums.I mean the fact that 207 of the 208 reviews are 4 or 5 stars with the one exception being a 3 star review should tell you something. What company out there doesn't have a 2 or 1 star review (even the best do). They may not be the only company to do this, but again, this is your oral health and could really impact your well-being. We have certified and educated dentists for a reason.
Got my order in and bristles were falling out everywhere. Very unsafe. Contacted them and was given the run around for a good month or two. They tried telling me it’s normal for bristles to fall out which is blatant bull. I had to become quite rude to get any response but finally got a refund. Will never use this company again. Found the exact same toothbrushes on Amazon in a 6 pack for $7. Don’t waste your time or money.
It’s the best toothbrush I’ve ever used, and it has forever ruined all other toothbrushes for me. When my carry on bag was delayed at the airport, I had to use another toothbrush. That other brand felt like sandpaper compared to this manm toothbrush.
We have bought some products from their website "manmsmile.com" about two months ago.Seller never delivered product and ignored all our emails, Messenger messages and "Contact us" messages.I have heard people received their products, but I feel scammed.
Let's start by saying that yes, the product did arrive and it fits the description: very soft toothbrush with very fine bristles. But. 1. Customer service is bad: I had to write a negative comment under their Facebook ad to have them answer my mail and messenger text (waited for a week before posting the negative comment. They replied 2 hours later)2. Packaging: Came in a padded unlabeled envelope (wish/aliexpress style), so needless to say the product box and plastic packaging containing the actual toothbrush were completely crushed. 3. Product packaging: the toothbrush came in an unsealed thin/cheap plastic cone. With holes in the caps. There's a reason why commercial toothbrushes all come in sealed packages. So obviously I disinfected it before use (the best I could). 4. Does it clean better than regular toothbrushes? No. Don't know if it's worse or not, but wouldn't say it's better. 5. It is very pleasant to use though. I have bleeding gums and this reduced it significantly. It's soft and I need less toothpaste as it makes much more foam. I'd still recommend using mouthwash with this though.
