I subscribed to a profile on Fansly, only to find that all the content was no nude. Then I received an automated message saying that if I sent a $10 tip, I would get exclusive content. I sent the $10, but again, the content was just more no nude photos.When I asked in chat what was supposed to be “exclusive” about these, I was blocked. I contacted the support team, and their reply was, “It was a tip, so we can’t refund it.” But the creator blocked me and sent content that was clearly not what was promised — and Fansly did nothing.Many of the profiles here are fake, and the images aren’t even owned by the people posting them. Overall, it was a very bad experience.
Great customer service. A great way to get tips and transfer funds directly to my bank account (so far the most comfortable for me out of the platforms). I do wish the chat was a little more up to date or the media portion of the profile was a bit more intuitive but I’m happy
I don’t know if all content on the platform is the same but the site I joined made no mention of needing to pay for access to most of the content on top of the initial subscription fee. In fact the main page states what to expect but when you enter the site most of the content then requires additional fees. I understand that this is how it works but I believe that the platform should make creators tell you that not everything is included otherwise to me it’s misleading. Wasn’t offered a refund despite immediately cancelling due to them claiming I got what I paid for. So I’m contacting my card provider as I believe by omitting any mention of additional charges for content I was mislead into believing that the subscription fee would allow me to gain access to the content I was told would be included. Yes it’s naive of me but if you are not told there will be extra costs it’s reasonable to assume there won’t be.
A great way to follow creators that you are in tune with and love what they do! Also their tech support is courteous and extremely helpful in solving any issues that arise, if any. I recommend this venue and believe in what they do.
I prefer the Fansly video player to other similar sites (e.g. OF). I can expand the window, I can advance or go back easily. Bookmarks work properly.The content provider I’m subscribed to scrambles her scenes (😕), so the dates are not in chronological order, but this is not in Fansly’s control.
I love fansly. The Freedom I have to stream and post my videos and photos. The amount they take is super fair!! Compared to twitch or Kick and other platforms Fansly does it right! Love you fansly thank you for letting me get the money I deserve for the content I provide. I'm happy giving them a small cut, a fair cut. Other companies should follow suit! ♥ JensuVR
