After speaking with Fashion Eyewear staff they were very understanding to my concerns with the timing of my glasses. I would kindly request a change in the website to not post glasses unless they are in stock. Switching between frame colors and using a VPN causes issues. This would prevent confusion on future purchases. The staff were very helpful and available. Calling customer service was easy and they returned my call promptly. I hope to have my glasses soon. I appreciate the personal call from the staff leadership to voice my concerns and I better understand that the nature of my prescription has caused delays beyond anyone’s control. I appreciate the refund for my wait as well. The staff is working hard to ensure my dream glasses make it to me. Thank you
I placed my order on 30 October finally it came last week, as soon as I saw the glasses without even putting it on I knew it was wrong prescription.I took it to local optician to get it checked and it was way more higher then my prescription.I send it back and still waiting.I never seen a company that has poor customer service.We have been calling them since four months every other day.Who waits for a prescription almost a half year. What if my life depended on it with driving and elsw ? Unacceptable flaws.They made the mistake and they don’t fix it right away and send it.They are still sitting on it.Such a irresponsible team.Very very poor customer service!!! I am beyond disappointed!!!
And yes I am still waiting for my prescription glasses!!!
My husband found some frames abroad but the price was out of the question I got the design number and searched yhd web in the UK Not only did I find the exact same frame but they were in the sale on going to pay they offered s other 10% off Abdolutely delighted they worked out less than half price not to be sniffed at Thankyou for your service Fashion Eyewear👌
I’m very happy with my experience. I ordered a pair of Chanel glasses on 1/5/2026. I received glasses 1/20/2026. Keep in mind I have a high prescription Anna had to order high index glasses. I was notified each step of the way. My glasses were shipped on 1/16 and I received glasses 1/20 and 1/19 was a recognized holiday. My lenses are great. They are clear and blend seamlessly with the glasses. Very convenient to be able to order Chanel glasses with prescription. I was so satisfied with the lenses that I just ordered another pair of Miu Miu glasses.

Absolute worst company ive come across, ordered 1 pair of glasses and 1 pair of rayban prescription sunglasses, glasses arrived without my prescription and the raybans still haven't appeared yet nearly 1 month on.want a full refund which is being denied so far,having to do a chargeback through my credit card .Better off going to specsavers
