Beginning to get into the Gear market, I tried a few places to test. 3 in total. This site had the fastest shipping out of the three and the product quality (ZHPC) brand, made me feel better about authenticity. Order with the shipping method closest to you and you wonẗ have any issues.
I've used this company twice with no problems and now I'm having a giant issue. My order number 3916 was placed October 16th and paid for with Bitcoin... Today is November 10th I still have no tracking numbers I've literally had multiple emails back and forth saying that my stuff has been sent I have received nothing and all I keep hearing is I will call you soon I will get back to you soon which is a shame because I really like their product and now I have to look somewhere else. I haven't been offered a refund I have no information whatsoever about where my order is except for an email repeatedly saying we will get back to you.
I have used this company two times before with reasonable results, however, the last time I received no product at all. I attempted to contact the company for a resolution to the issue, a refund or resending the product at the company expense, but the company would not even attempt to fix the problem. I only get a response, "Its ok. Don't worry." The company took their payment the day after my order, but its been 30 days and no product. The company appears to not care if you receive your purchase as long as they get their money. Please be aware this very well could happen to you. DONT USE.**Update** 11/03/2021It has now been 32 days since the order was made and 29 days since payment was received by the company. The company did as of today, refund my purchase price, since the product was never delivered. I did add an extra 2 stars for the refund, however, when the delivery time is 15-20 days, per the company email I received, this should have been taken care of 2 weeks ago. The website also says the product will be reshipped if it is lost or stuck in customs, which did not occur. If you as a company give a delivery date, plus or minus a few days, steps should be set in place to refund purchase price or resend product at company expense, to insure customer satisfaction. We are a small community and you have to be able to depend on your company for good reliable products. Just as the company needs to be able to rely on your patronage to their company. Just my opinion.
