Mike was incredible

Mike was incredible. He arrived within minutes after learning that our 3-year-old son was accidentally locked in the bathroom. Since we are in the middle of Notting Hill Carnival, we even had to speak with the police to secure a parking spot. Despite the chaos, Mike reached us promptly and unlocked the bathroom door in less than five minutes. The relief we felt was immense. We are so grateful for his speed, professionalism, and calmness in such a stressful situation.
