Good service but don’t be Fool

They came 30 min after promise time which is acceptable. Asked £50 on call. but once they come shows many excuses , as high security lock , need to break , so will charge more but they have simple trick and tools to open the lock to make fool . Finally they opened my door with simple trick and I have paid more than double the asked price . But happy it was just 2 min to be in. So good service.

They are scammers

They are scammers. Changed my luck and fitted an old used luck and charged £620. They refused to provide me with any warranty. I complained and then they threatened they would come and break my front door.
