UPDATE: I'm delighted to report that Fatchillimedia has paid the outstanding amount of €81.81, resolving the issue highlighted in my previous review.Their prompt response and willingness to resolve the matter, following my review, demonstrates excellent customer service. Daniel Novak's clarification on the minimum payout threshold and commitment to processing the payment were greatly appreciated.So my initial concerns are now replaced with satisfaction, thanks to their proactive resolution.Recommendation: Fatchillimedia has demonstrated a commitment to resolving payment issues. Quite a friendly and professional team. The team is great at coming up with friendly, good lucking designs and smooth features.We didn't have to explain a lot on what we wanted for our website, just some general ideas, and they were able to come up with creative features and pages that fit our aesthetic and wishes perfectly, and pretty quick too. Implementation was also seamless, no issues at all.We were especially happy with a data dashboard they created. That was over a year ago and we still use it to analyze traffic and audience behavior on our website and make data based decisions - quite a nifty tool, and provides a lot of personalized data points that you won't find with most other options.They also created a beautiful and simple donation page that we hope is going to boost our direct reader revenue, something we didn't really consider until FatChilli provided this option.We also really appreciated the fact they were willing to provide advice and guidance in areas where they thought our ideas could go even further. Their contribution was important in formulating our newsletter strategy.Overall, they were quite flexible, attentive to detail and willing to adapt and work with us to get as good a result as possible.Also, their blog contains very well written and informative articles.
