All good. RAM was very dear when I purchased but dropped some 20% by the time I received delivery.
Spoke to customer service guy Charlie and he said they'd see if they could arrange partial refund.

I purchased a product and opted for Sunday next-day delivery, but it never showed up. It seems the company is more interested in charging extra for postage rather than actually providing the promised service. I appreciate the effort, but I won't be coming back.
I requested a custom configuration since I needed a setup with more RAM than what was available on the site. They replied promptly with a quote, which I accepted and paid for. The delivery was impressively fast; it was shipped the day after my order and arrived the following day. I've installed the components into my setup, and everything is running perfectly. Outstanding customer service, speedy delivery, and an excellent build. Thank you! Plus, the included 3-year warranty is fantastic!
