I placed an order 10 days ago based on their promised 1-3 working days dispatch time. It hadn’t shipped by the weekend (4 working days later), so I emailed to cancel my order, only to be told I couldn’t because it had already been handed to the carrier, and I would need to pay to return it once it arrived. Now, another 5 days have gone by and my order is STILL not dispatched, and they haven’t replied to my latest message (sent two days ago). This feels like a scam at worst or very misleading and unprofessional at best! I will escalate this with my payment provider to try to get my money back. Please avoid this company! Their response is false; they are not refunding me and have yet to provide tracking information.
