I placed an order and received a confirmation email that my order had been accepted. However, I never received any update about the order status, no tracking number was provided, and no one responds to my emails. It has now been 20 days and the goods still haven’t arrived. I don’t even know if they will ever arrive.
Very disappointing experience — I do not recommend this company.
I placed an order a couple of days ago, and have still not received any confirmation, that my order has been shipped. I have written to your customer service, without receiving any reponse. I have never ordered anything and gottwn no response. I now see after reading the reviews that this is a repeated occurrence with this company. I wish I would have done my research before purchasing.
Please return to me, so I know, when I can expect to receive my order or refund my money so I do not have to wait a month like others that have done business with you…

The pajamas and sleep mask are of excellent quality, very comfortable, and soft. I've tried a sleep mask before and didn't like it, but this one is surprisingly comfortable, allowing me to sleep very well. I barely noticed I was wearing it. The service was great, and communication was excellent too.
