It was supposed to include multiple slides, but I got none! It took over a month to arrive, and they don't mention that orders come from overseas, leading to delays at customs. Save your money!

I ordered a string trimmer head, but when it arrived, it didn’t fit my trimmer at all. I requested a Return Authorization and a refund, but the company refused, claiming they sent what I asked for. According to their return policy, they should have accepted my request. This company lacks ethics and is based overseas. Buyer beware.
I received my item after about two weeks. The packaging was sturdy, and the product arrived undamaged. It looks practical and is of decent quality—nothing extraordinary, but functional for the price. Overall, it meets expectations, though the delivery time could definitely be improved.
The phone charger I received was defective and cost $38. After showing them a video of the issue, they offered a laughable $3 refund. I asked for a replacement, but they insisted I return it to their overseas warehouse, which would be costly and time-consuming. After more back and forth, they only offered me $9 back. I should have shopped elsewhere.
I ordered chargers nearly two months ago and still haven’t received them. There has been no follow-up from the company. Additionally, I suspect someone is posting fake reviews about them. They provided bogus tracking numbers linked to an address that isn’t mine and now refuse to refund me, claiming the package was delivered. I believe this was a scam from the beginning. AVOID!
I ordered two blankets as Christmas gifts in mid-November, and they still haven’t arrived. I’ve been told to kindly wait for my parcel, but I’ve had to buy alternative gifts since it’s almost Christmas. I’ve requested a refund, but they keep sending the same automated response. Customer service, please reach out so I can get my refund for an item I never received. Thank you.
I received my order after three weeks. The sunshade is excellent for keeping my car cool and provides great UV protection. It’s easy to fold and store. The phone holder is also impressive, securely holding my phone with a 360° rotation. Both items are well-built, and I'm satisfied with my purchase.
