After ordering a size too small of a pair of cycling gloves (which were delivered to me next day) I reordered a correct sized pair and returned the ones that were the wrong size . There was a delay in recieving the new ones and after having a Live Chat on their website with a gentleman called James, telling him the new pair had not arrived (it was 6 days since sending the first pair back) he apologised and said there had been minor renovations happening at FDX - he personally made sure that the new pair were sent to me that day and I recieved them the following day. He also gave me a small refund. Excellent customer care...oh, and excellent cycling gloves (my second from FDX).
This is my second order from FSX for cycling sets, great range, price and quality. The delivery time is excellent and communication is just right, you’re kept informed without being bombarded with every possible update. Would highly recommend. Thank you FDX team.
FDX allday bibshorts. Just received a pair of these shorts I managed to order the wrong size but FDX exchanged them within a couple of days. These are a top quality pair of bibshorts at an affordable price . FDX are a great company to deal with. Will be buying again

Talked to some of my friends and I had bought the right item so decided to keep it. E mailed FDX and they were pleasant and polite and helpful throughout the process.
