My experience with FNT has been life changing for me and my kids. I first bought a fireleg tarantula for my youngest son. Sad to say it was related to houdini, it escaped. That didnt stop us from researching and picking out some more baby spiders. We bought 3 more right after the next week. Then the following week another 3. It was like Xmas getting the baby spiders home. Then came the Halloween sale and so many great species were on sale and we took advantage of the opportunity and was lucky to be able to buy 6 spiders and get a freebie as well( my favorite perk about FNT is getting freebies with orders that qualify for certain amounts, just about guaranteed a freebie with your purchase) so then that brought us to 13 spiders, then was able to get one from a friend's co worker. I have found a place to bring me peace and happiness in the hobby of arachnids. I look forward to getting off work and checking out our collection. I was diagnosed with cancer in June 2025 this year. I was lucky to be able to get the tumor removed and back to work. Having these spiders with my kids means a lot to me, I can leave my kids some spiders when its my time to go, putting in time love and tender care to my relationship with my children and spiders with them and bonding. This way its like being a part of the spiders when im gone. When I read the whole agreement on the live guarantee replacement it was even better because I knew that this place doesn't mess around when it comes to taking care of customers. I have received my packages on time and I understand my terms on my end. Like being avle to pick the pacage up if there is a delay. And i see filks getting 2 day delays and their spiders are just fine, life happenes, just be prepared to make arrangements if that happenes, part of the deal. Its simple to communicate with them with shipping. They respond super quick and I know if I had any issues with anything then they would take care of us. Im a proud customer for life and will recommend anyone looking for a spider. Best experience Ive had in a very long time and I dont write reviews. But seeing how I have had such a great experience with them, it only makes sense to let other know that if you read anyone's reviews playing victim, its simply because they couldnt understand how important it is to be responsible on their end to be able to receive their live package with precious cargo. Then the blame comes in and justify why they were wronged by a company that stands on business. All of my spiders are super healthy, thriving and eating great, I got one blocked in for a molt already, and 4 more in pre molt. They make sure that when spiders are in premolt then to not ship them so they don't risk injuries with molting in transit. I get to experience this because of the way they ship and take care of their spiders. I cant wait for future sales and more purchases with FNT. Best spiders on earth!
The prices were more than fair. I was confused about shipping but they were there the while way helping me understand. Packaging was very well packed. I got 1 flame knee back in September and we just ordered 2 more. So exciting 😍
I have ordered 18 tarantulas as well as other arthropods from FearNot over the last 5 years. They are ALWAYS healthy and exactly as the site describes them to be. I've purchased two tarantulas from FNT, and I have never had an experience like them. They send you tons of information to make sure you 100% understand what to expect during shipping, and they package their animals extremely well to make sure they arrive safely. Their customer service is top tier and i will be returning every chance I get.
I have bought 7 spiders from them all have came happy and healthy . They offer options that other sellers don't. They make it clear what's expected of me when buying and what to expect from them when it comes to buying their spiders. They come neatly labeled and packaged. Depending on availability they offer a little kit with food,bedding and housing and a longer live guarantee for a few extra dollars.
I got two slings from Fear Not and had them shipped to my FedEx hub. Communication leading up to shipping was excellent, all my questions were answered, and I made both a "complete package" as found on their website. Would definitely do business with then again and recommend them as well.
