This company seems to remove negative feedback.

It appears this company does not welcome negative reviews, as mine was taken down. I maintain my stance that this is a scam. They seem to only accept positive feedback, regardless of customer experiences. I rated them one star simply because zero stars is not available. Unsatisfactory service.

This service engages in misleading business practices.

I believe this service should face legal action for its deceptive practices. You know you’re having a negative experience when: 1) you are charged for something you did not intentionally sign up for 2) you receive no notification about the impending charge 3) they deny a refund for that charge 4) there is no straightforward option to cancel your subscription 5) to cancel, you must visit a URL, sign in, but you never set up a password initially, and there’s no "forgot password" option 6) then you must email them, only to receive no empathy and no refund for something you didn’t want 7) Consumers should be cautious: the law prohibits unfair and deceptive practices, including misleading fees. 8) "Clear and conspicuous" means disclosures must be easily noticeable and understandable to an ordinary consumer, using appropriate size, color, contrast, and language to ensure significance is not overlooked, particularly in advertising or contracts where important terms must be highlighted. This is a standard requiring effective communication, not just adhering to basic font size requirements, ensuring consumers understand the nature and importance of the information.
