I absolutely adore my light shades. They are of the highest quality and exactly as the photos and description. Hugbel is a very professional company. Easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Sadly, one of my light shades was damaged in transit. Hugbel replaced the shade immediately with no fuss, no delay. Emma was a delight to deal with. Cannot fault this company. Highly recommended.

I waited over three weeks for my delivery status to change from order, I sent 10 emails, it wasn't until I spammed their Instagram they responded, their messages via insta didn't make sense, hugely disappointing looks high end and a lot of time and money but terrible service. I have cancelled and I am waiting for a refund, they don't seem to know how it works two minutes after they have supposedly refunded they asked if I have received yet, payments typically take 2-5 days to clear and they don't seem to be aware of that. So no refund yet, but I've involved my bank now.
We are as yet to install our light however, it arrived, packaged very well and looks great. It came with a globe which I was not aware of and so ordered some. I was advised by Emma that I did not need the globes so the globe order has been cancelled and will be refunded. Not only is the product great but the customer service is also excellent. Thank you Emma & Hugbel - I will be ordering future lights with you!
