Extremely disappointed with the service and communication

I placed an order for 2 small logos on November 7th, and now it's Christmas, yet I've only received a poor-quality proof! The lack of communication is frustrating, and responses are nonexistent. The whole process took far too long. I would recommend looking elsewhere for better service.

CAUTION this is a SCAM!

*CAUTION* this is a SCAM!! I paid $150 for a Professional Logo Package. They produced a lovely design that I approved. However, they demanded an extra $175 for lawyer fees (why???) and exorbitant costs for copyright options, or they wouldn't release any files! Be sure to read the fine print at the bottom of the page: "Disclaimer - All the content that is the logo, pictures, portfolio, etc. solely belongs to the company." There's more in their disclaimer! I inquired about ownership rights, and they claimed it was a website issue (they create websites!) and promised me 100% ownership rights. NOT TRUE!! Choose a reputable company instead. Remember, if you have ownership rights, you can file for copyright yourself for a one-time fee! Good luck if you still decide to proceed with them!
