I decided to give Fettle.ie a go after a long time of putting off trying counselling. I heard from a friend about this online site which allowed me to try therapy in the comfort of my own home. You can choose your therapist at ease by reading all about them and their expertise in their bios. I highly recommend this website, it made that first step of starting therapy a less daunting process for me.
