I really enjoy my weekly sessions with Dylan Johnston. I have tried therapy before but this time I feel I’m getting a lot more out of it. I feel so understood and it makes life less overwhelming. He has sent links and gave me information/guidance to improve myself/circumstances . It’s been so great to be able to do it on my laptop at home instead of the added stress of travel. Thank you fettle for matching me with him. The initial appointment to discuss what I was looking for at the beginning really helped.

I am so happy I decided to try fettle. Emma Keane was my therapist and I felt immediately at ease with her, she helped me a tremendous amount. Her empathy helped me navigate difficult relationships and gain a much clearer understanding of my anxiety. It was a safe space and I feel like I have grown a lot.
