I invested my money with this company for 6 years. Lately, trying to withdraw from my account. It's been over a month now waiting for the process and review. They say I'm going to get a phone call or email when I can withdraw but today, just got a message that they
are closing my account. Poor service and I will never recommend this company to others.

I wish I could give a zero rating. Fidelity is a horrible company. They do not even pretend to practice Customer Service. Been begging them for over a month to correct my account due to errors that they made. The customer service representatives are rude and give out wrong information. I don’t even think they are trained by some of the things I have been told by them. They escalated my case to this supposed “Back Office” 18 days ago. Still nothing. They get upset when you call for a status. They tell you they will call or email you with an update and they don’t. My employer reaches out to them to try to help get my account corrected and they told her the issue had been resolved and most certainty has not. I ask to speak to a supervisor and I am told that is not allowed. Please whatever you do, don’t trust Fidelity.

I regret there is no zero stars to give to Fidelity Investments and their supervisor Thomas that literally hung up the phone when I asked if I could get...not the name of his supervisor, but a title of the supervisor!!.. I asked is it a manager or director of "customer services department.. I want to address them". Thomas said: NO.. Thomas was so rude on Jan 29th, 4:20 pm call, I was shocked. NO APOLOGIES for giving incomplete wiring instructions. No nothing. Awful company! The worst customer service. DO NOT TOUCH this company!! You will lose your money

Transfer Process Issues

I set up a transfer that initially went through, leading me to believe everything was in order. However, they added an extra digit to my account and sent the funds to the wrong location. I've been trying to reach out for help but only receive responses asking me to wait. This situation is unacceptable, especially since I urgently needed the money and their error should be corrected. The service has introduced a new framework. Since my involvement, the progress has been consistent and payments have been received reliably.

Following a significant loss, I dedicated several days to creating a recovery strategy. The service provided a clear plan and maintained communication throughout the entire process. In the end, the experience was far from satisfactory, and despite their updates, the journey was challenging.

Sign-in issues make the trading platform frustrating

The trading platform is really disappointing. I find myself attempting to log in 5-6 times, and I frequently get logged out. It's extremely frustrating, especially since I manage three accounts, which can waste half an hour of my day. It's unfortunate because aside from that, I actually like the service. I'm considering switching to another provider.

Extremely disappointing service.

This is an incredibly frustrating platform. Transfers take an eternity to process, and there is never any explanation for the delays or their location. I strongly recommend avoiding this service!

I cannot imagine what experiences those bad reviews had! I have been a Fidelity Investments customer for a lifetime - had many early coworkers go over there in Boston. My career had me on Netbenefits website for decades - it was adequate and their benefits admin customer service could answer my questions in a timely manner -Now I am retired and have all my eggs in their basket. The are incredible at helping me manage our lifetime investments over retirement, highly intelligent and show deep insights into all aspects of risk, personal tolerance, mitigating early sequencing, the gap years to social security, and long-term planning. They actively manage my portfolio within the parameters we agreed on to which I am grateful! I have learned that it is more about risk management over the long haul than the "how much did your portfolio go up?" discussion laymen not deep in the financial business have. They have enabled me to handle all the aspects I need to do on my own and have made it less costly and more profitable for me to do my 'banking' through their systems. My retirement is much easier and my mind is at ease because of their care. True Story!

I have called them several times

I have called them several times. You have to sit on hold for an hour every time. Customer service is good when it exists but it's the same thing every time. You get put on hold then they hand you to someone else. It shouldn't take an hour every time to answer one question.
