The app is great and sends you any messages, tasks to do and has a milestone timeline so you can see what has been completed and what is left to do. Daisy is really responsive to messages and all the staff there made the process really easy to go through.

Based on personal experience, this firm showed a lack of basic understanding of the documents. I was repeatedly asked for information that could not exist. I wrote directly to the firm pointing out the issues so nobody else has to go through what I did, and I got an email back almost immediately saying they 'noted' my comments but could not discuss any further. Because of that, I decided to share my experience here.
