I ordered 15 litres of oil on the 29th and have not received any updates. I sent a message through their site a few days ago, but still no response. The customer support seems to be non-existent. Are they going out of business? I might have to initiate a chargeback.
I ordered olive oil on the official website on the 28th of November through their Black Friday deal. A week later, I’m still waiting for my order or any communication regarding shipping. There’s a message on the site about shipment delays, but how long will it take? Poor communication.

I placed five separate orders on the 29th of November and received confirmation emails that same day. Now it’s the 7th of December, and my orders are still processing according to my order page. I haven't received any updates about delays or dispatch. Extremely poor communication. I reached out through their contact page, but still no reply.
This olive oil has been a staple for my family for years.
