Placed an order for oil but no communication received.

I ordered 15 litres of oil on the 29th and have not received any updates. I sent a message through their site a few days ago, but still no response. The customer support seems to be non-existent. Are they going out of business? I might have to initiate a chargeback.

Potential scam

Potential scam. I placed an order nearly two weeks ago as part of a promotional offer and have received no updates on delivery. They weren't accepting credit cards, so I used my debit card!

Waiting for olive oil order

I ordered olive oil on the official website on the 28th of November through their Black Friday deal. A week later, I’m still waiting for my order or any communication regarding shipping. There’s a message on the site about shipment delays, but how long will it take? Poor communication.

Multiple orders with no updates

I placed five separate orders on the 29th of November and received confirmation emails that same day. Now it’s the 7th of December, and my orders are still processing according to my order page. I haven't received any updates about delays or dispatch. Extremely poor communication. I reached out through their contact page, but still no reply.

Thrilled with exceptional product and service

This olive oil has been a staple for my family for years. Along with the regular brand, I also enjoyed the chili-infused variant, which I bought directly online after my usual retailer stopped carrying it. The service was fantastic! I interacted with real people, not automated responses. They just released a new parmesan pasta sauce, and being on their mailing list, I received a great offer. Truly a wonderful company that maintains a small family feel despite being well-established.
