had one of the worst customer experiences of my life with Rent with thred. I emailed them to cancel my subscription, followed every instruction, and returned the items as agreed. Despite that, they charged me for another month, claiming I had to cancel manually — even though I was actively talking with their representative about canceling.They later tried to justify it by saying their “automated messages” mentioned that I needed to cancel myself. Basically, they hide behind confusing automated emails to keep charging customers unfairly.On top of that, the clothing is horrible — cheap quality, no variety, and you can’t even see what’s actually available before subscribing. There are no real size options, and everything feels like a low-quality surprise box you never asked for. The whole setup is misleading and disappointing.Their lack of transparency, dishonest communication, and manipulative business model are unacceptable. It honestly feels like the company is designed to trap customers and keep billing them even after cancellation.Avoid this company at all costs. Its untrustworthy, misleading, and completely unprofessional.
