Very disappointed with quality and returns process

The quality of the clothing is far from satisfactory, made from thin and cheap materials. I am extremely frustrated with the return process of this seller. I paid £5.95 for delivery and then an additional £3.50 to return these subpar items. After numerous emails, I finally received my refund. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller as their products are disappointing.

Apologies for the previous review on the damaged skirt...

I sincerely apologize for the mistaken review regarding the damaged skirt on January 10. The actual skirt was in perfect condition. My elderly mother mistakenly presented me with an old black velour skirt she had tried to alter. It was this old item she thought was the newly delivered skirt. My deepest apologies to everyone involved.

Steer clear of this seller!

Avoid this seller at all costs! I regret not reading the reviews beforehand. The clothing quality is subpar. When I attempted to return the items, they charged £3.50 for the return and did not provide a QR code. They don't answer their phone, which just cuts off, and their email responses are nonexistent. Spare yourself the trouble, don’t make a purchase!

The dress arrived but had issues

The dress I received was faulty. It was made of velvet, but the nap on the front did not lie properly, which resulted in visible marks.

Disappointed with the processing time

After placing my order well ahead of Christmas, it's disappointing to learn that processing takes several days. A customer service representative informed me it takes 48 hours before orders are dispatched, but this wasn't clearly stated on the website. If it had been, I wouldn't have opted for standard delivery. Other retailers I ordered from around the same time delivered within 48 hours, so this is quite disappointing. I will now need to find replacement gifts, and the company will lose out on my business as I will be requesting a refund.

Previously loved the dresses but will shop elsewhere now

While I have always enjoyed the dresses and previously ordered directly from the website, I will turn to other retailers that stock these items in the future. The service from the website has not met my past 5-star experiences. The return process, including purchasing return labels, waiting 10 working days for a refund, and an email on the 10th day stating refunds can take an additional 3-5 days, has been frustrating. With £7.45 spent on postage, including returns, I suggest using other stores to buy these items where no delivery or return fees apply.

Avoid this seller at all costs…

It's baffling how this poorly run business is still operating. They do not provide tracking for orders, have a dysfunctional return system that doesn't allow for generating a return label, and fail to respond to emails. Contacting them by phone is impossible, and the merchandise is poorly made. Stay away!

Needs improvement in returns policy

I really like the products but was disappointed to learn that the only way to return items is by printing my own label. It's frustrating that returns aren’t free, and not providing the option for the Post Office to print the label is unreasonable. This will be my last purchase directly from this company; as others have mentioned, I will shop through third parties in the future. I would love to support a smaller business, but they need to make the process easier.
