We will definitely return!

My son previously enjoyed a takeaway from here, so we decided to try it too. We ordered a vegan pizza, a spicy meat pizza, garlic bread, and the Nutella pizza dessert—all were fresh and delicious. I preferred the authentic taste of my pizza, likely made in a wood-fired oven, over more generic local options. We will be coming back!

Late and rude

I live 6 mins away from Stoke on Trent fireaway pizza in car but its somehow taking them over 2 hours to get a pizza and a few potato wedges delivered to my house. Im still waiting as I type this review. When I rang to why it was taking so long I was met with a very bad attitude and sarcasm from the guy on the phone. I've now cancelled my order and demanded a refund I wont be ordering from this place again

Fireaway, the best pizzas

Thw expirience was amazing. The pizza was made in under 5 minutes right in front of me. The entertainmrnt was amazing as I saw the pizza cook in the oven. The service was also great. I suggest going to this place!

Very disappointed with whole…

Very disappointed with whole experience. Ordered food to be delivered at 7- 7.15, food arrived 5.20pm. Not the drivers fault and keep food not to waste, had call from Restaurant saying they would send new - declined offer as did not want to waste- Manager said he would keep a note- this note will be completely a waste of time, as I will not order again. This was the first and last time I will ever use Fireaway. Food was average at best. Ordered from Caerphilly .

I tried to order online and the website and app won't let me progress beyond the main. I tried to call the branch and they won't accept an order that's not online as cash is required. I have always used fireaway for my pizzas but I will no longer be using them due to their customer service. Thankfully DOMINOS PIZZA's website works.
