Review Time
A ‘monthly’ Fireaway pizza Saturday has been a family tradition for a while now. The ordering and delivery service was bang on as usual . The ‘one star’ rating is particularly for this reason- they have removed our favourite and most regular options - the burner and pestuno pizzas . Still, thought we will try the new options - veggie supreme and pesto manifesto; extremely disappointed. Probably the last time we will be ordering from fireaway ! It’s a shame will miss our favourites. Hoping they bring the old menu back to retain loyal vegetarian customers
Ordered by one get one free, called to double check I was going it correctly as wasn't showing on Just Eat. Only ordered on Just Eat as they would take phone orders.Didn't get the extra pizzas, also the shakes we order where wrong, and wing raw! Phones to be spoken down to and totally disrespected by what I can only describe is a unmanned young boy! Clearly doesn't care about the business. He hung up and turned off phone lines, shop isn't suppose to close till 12am! Absolutely shocked how the has been dealt with and how rude he was. Never again will I order from the Basildon branch
The Peterborough branch is a joke. Terrible customer service, disrespectful agent who can’t even think of a solution when order couldn’t be delivered. Food is overpriced and sometimes gone bad. For that money they should respect customers more. Don’t buy from them!
Tried my local branch twice. Both times the order was very late, taking between 45mins to 1hr after "order is out for delivery". Second order was delivered incomplete with the driver saying they'd return with it shortly. It never arrived. Tried calling the branch multiple times but no answer. Absolutely awful service, if one branch can act like this I won't be trusting any other.Wouldham, Kent.
BURNT PIZZA from Guildford location and terrible customer service from head office. They just stopped replying to my email when I insisted on a refund for burnt pizza. I've sent numerous follow up emails and they've ghosted me. You can tell how bad their service is by reading the reviews and seeing that they've never replied to anyone on trustpilot to try to resolve their poor scores. Good thing everyone has unlimited options of pizza available to them and these terrible people can be avoided completely!
Worst service ever!!! ordered 2 pizzas, they delivered the wrong pizza, with pineapple on it and I hate pineapple on pizza, I picked it off and started eating it and realised it had hardly any of the topping that I ordered. rubbish pizza. then I called them, OMG!!! what a bunch of buffoons! can't even communicate properly, kept asking the same stupid questions. very poor communication. then put the phone down on me. disgusting!!! this is the second time and last time, the first time the delivery person was rude. don't bother ordering pizza from this place, you won't get what you ordered and poor service on top.
