When I questioned this, the representative refused to discuss it further and insisted we cancel the order ourselves. This felt very suspicious and unprofessional; I am extremely disappointed.

I'd give zero stars if it were an option. I ordered two pizzas and a side, only to wait over an hour before being informed that my order was canceled. Then I was told it would arrive in 30 minutes. I had to drive to the shop because the staff couldn't clarify my order's status. The person on the phone was unhelpful and rude; I will never order from here again, and the pizza was mediocre.
I am extremely disappointed with the service. The delivery driver refused to deliver to my door, incorrectly claiming that deliveries to my apartment must be collected downstairs, despite living in a secure compound. They waited at the wrong gate and made no effort to find the right entrance. I never received my food and have not been refunded. Despite multiple attempts to contact the restaurant, they are ignoring me. Avoid this place if you want your order! Eventually, I received a call from the owner yelling at me and calling me a liar, saying a refund would be issued in five days and asking me not to order from here again, which I certainly won't.
After a night out, I ordered a gluten-free ham and pineapple pizza due to my dietary restrictions. It cost ยฃ16 for a small one, and it was not enjoyable at allโpale and doughy with toppings that seemed merely placed on top rather than cooked in. I've had better gluten-free pizzas from supermarkets. It was disappointing and overpriced; next time, I'll have a shop-bought one ready at home.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS PLACE! You will regret it. My order took over an hour and 20 minutes to arrive, and when it did, the pizza was cold with burnt spots, and the house wedges were completely raw. The manager hung up on me when I requested a refund. The customer service is unacceptable, and the manager's attitude is appalling.
