It’ was ok. £3.95 for a stale cookie, made from a packet but stated handmade as it had a kinder stuck on it was not on. It didn’t taste nice. We got the Nutella pizza with strawberry and the topping was stingy. The pizza itself was ok, a bit of a burnt taste and the wings were alright. It came hot, which was good but not sure I’d get it again.
Excellent quality food, absolutely delicious and the staff are extremely friendly in the ystrad Mynach branch in south wales. Proper home cooked food made in front of you from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and visit here again 100%. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🫶🏼.
Originally wrote this review on 3rd June, I'm sad to say no one has contacted me, offered me a refund or attempted to make this right. It seems they don't care. It is now 19th September. I doubt I'll hear anything now, but please prove me wrong. It's a real shame to have to write a negative review, but I feel it's right to give people a fair representation of Fireaway Ashford. We used to order from the Maidstone branch and loved it. Each time we have ordered from the Ashford site things have been wrong in the order.. usually it's a side, and they upgrade a vegetarian side to a meat side, which for some would be amazing but is no good to a vegetarian. We let that slide, as we still had the pizza. Well tonight after a very busy day we thought we would give it another chance. Neither pizza was correct, and there is no way to call or contact Fireaway Ashford to get them to make it right. I have made a complaint through their app, but that leaves us with £30.00 worth of food we cannot eat because it is someone else's order. So sick of delivery places seemingly thinking they can throw any old thing together and sending it out. Will not be using them again and expect my money back. Will update if I get a response from Fireaway Ashford.Adding this review as I have still not been contacted
