I met Andy Belanger at the Lifetime Fitness Half Marathon and he was GREAT. He was friendly, came and helped out and explained how to use the tent without hesitation, helped set the tent up, and also made sure we received a new bolt for a broken arm we had. Really appreciated him!!
TentCraft stands by its products. We had some issues with our frame. I contacted Ray, and without hesitation, they made things right and replaced the frame. Their commitment to their customers is excellent, and I highly recommend this company.
