Great service!

Ash came out to repair an 8 year old leaking fridge freezer, plus the soft close had failed on one door. Ash was informative and cheerful…it was late on a Friday afternoon and he’d sat in a load of traffic, so no mean feat! Last, but not least…all repaired! The booking process was straightforward and well managed all the way through by Chantelle.

Terrible service

Terrible service, outdated processes have left me without a hob with small children for over two weeks and I still don't have a delivery date so will probably take another week at least. Also if your hob is out of warranty don't bother with a callout as the parts are so expensive it's cheaper to buy a replacement! Something they ofcourse don't tell you so end up wasting time and money (£180). Never again buying anything from this company.
