Got an engineer to come & look at our dishwasher within a few days of calling Fisher Paykal. Jiy the engineer did a great job fixing our 2 drawer dishwasher that had fallen forward & was helpful with any questions I had.
Steve Beale attended today to repair integrated double dish drawers. Fantastic service, super courteous and helpful. Extremely knowledgeable, resolved issue quickly. Our interior design business supplies F&P appliances to clients so very reassuring to know there’s now a service engineer covering Scotland. Thank you Steve.
Technician Paul SKnew what time he was arriving which is always a plus. Punctual courteous identified the problem quickly and fixed the blockage to the freezer very quickly. All in all you could not get a better quicker service from a company and person. Definitely recommend Fisher & Paykel repairs.
