A really natty bit of kit. I love it. I use and store it in my kitchen.
It’s easily moved and set up. The quality of the build is great, solid and robust. The remote is easy to use and again well made.
I chose Ergonomist after extensive research. A big issue is customer support and Ergonomist have great reviews. It’s changed my life. I’ve managed 5km a day
since I bought it. At 67yrs I wanted to improve my health and fitness but
at a pace I could cope with. I set it up, put a programme on the TV and off
I go.
Five weeks later and I haven’t lost my momentum. It’s so easy to set up and store. Ive quickly progressed to 7.5km an hour and can feel the benefit already. Just brilliant thanks Ergonomist.
Since posting my original review, the situation has not been resolved. I am still dealing with the consequences of the company’s delivery error, and the handling of the refund or delivery of my original order remains UNACCEPTABLE.
I have been informed that the collection of the incorrectly delivered item is scheduled for 6 February; however, I have received no confirmation, tracking information, or collection details to date.
Despite the company acknowledging that the incorrect item was sent in error, I was informed that any refund or delivery of the correct item would only be processed after the wrongly delivered item has been collected, inspected, and internally verified. This is despite the fact that the item I originally ordered — and fully paid for — was never delivered.
This is not a replacement case. The initial delivery failure was entirely the company’s mistake. I simply requested delivery of the item I ordered, in line with what is clearly advertised on the website and used to attract customers. That advertised service has not been fulfilled, and there has been no reasonable attempt to correct the error or resolve the matter as a gesture of goodwill.
At the time of writing, there has been no escalation, no clear timeline for resolution, and no proactive communication from senior management. Customer service responses continue to be slow and unhelpful.
This follow-up is to highlight that the issues raised in my original review remain unresolved. Unfortunately, this reinforces my view that the company’s delivery promises and refund policies are NOT applied fairly in practice.
I am posting this update to accurately reflect the current status of the case for other potential customers.
I would not recommend buying from this company based on my experience.
The office chair I received does not match the colour and visual appearance shown on the product page. The listing presents a light cream/white mesh-style chair, but what arrived has a noticeably striped, darker fabric look that is clearly different from the advertised images. The visual finish was a key factor in my purchase decision.
I contacted customer service with photos. Instead of properly addressing the discrepancy, they simply stated that the item “matches the listing” and refused to provide a prepaid return label. Their position was that I must pay return shipping myself — even though the product appearance does not match what is shown in their marketing.
Online buyers rely on product images and colour presentation. When a delivered item looks materially different, responsible retailers resolve it — they don’t dismiss it.
The product may be acceptable to some, but the advertising vs. reality gap and the way the complaint was handled is not acceptable.
Buyers should be cautious and get written confirmation of exact colour and finish before ordering.
I bought a wooden desk stand from this company and it is completely unstable and not fit for purpose.
The company are insisting I pay for the return which with it being wood and a large item is going to cost most of the value of the refund.
I’ve taken time to send photos and video evidence of the awful item but they won’t budge. Highly don’t recommend using this company.
Thank you so much for my new desk chair. I’ve been having chronic back pain with my old chair for months. And this has been the first time in ages I’ve been able to sit for over an hour without experiencing pain in my lower back.
The only issue I found was that it didn’t come with all the bolts that’s were shown in the instruction. It was enough to solidly construct the chair, but they didn’t seem to match the ones in the instructions (why I gave 4 stars).
Also to all the other reviews on here who have complained about the ‘next day delivery service’ LEARN TO READ! It clearly says delivered the next ‘working day’. I ordered mine on the Friday evening and knowing the courier was Royal Mail I could predict the chair would arrive Wednesday (Tuesday if I was very lucky). It arrived Wednesday exactly as expected.

I've truly appreciated using the standing desk so far. At 6ft 3, it adjusts high enough for me, with some extra height available if necessary. I have three screens mounted on the back through a clamp, and I was initially concerned about its stability, but it remains very sturdy. The desk requires plugging in, but it's quiet and adjusts quickly, with the small screen turning off when not in use, eliminating light pollution. I wholeheartedly recommend this. A fantastic purchase at an excellent price.
I purchased a mini bike trainer to help prepare for knee replacement surgery and to use as a rehab aid afterwards. When it arrived, I was shocked by how noisy it was during use, despite the claims of being quiet. Additionally, the resistance settings were inconsistent, resulting in uneven and jerky pedal movement. I reached out to the seller, who agreed to arrange a return and promised a replacement once I provided proof. However, that didn’t happen; I waited two weeks for the replacement while constantly emailing for updates. They are quick to apologize, but that’s about it. When the replacement finally arrived, it was identical to the first one. I can’t afford to waste any more time on this company or their defective products, as it has already disrupted my preparation schedule for the surgery. I cannot recommend this product to anyone and will not be purchasing from this company again.
After injuring my shoulder and trapping a nerve in my neck, I decided to give this a try alongside physiotherapy, and it has made a SIGNIFICANT difference in achieving a comfortable night's sleep. I plan to keep using it because it's incredibly comfortable and supportive for side sleepers.
I experience significant shoulder pain and headaches, and I needed a solution for my health and peace of mind. After using this pillow on its own the first night (which took some adjustment), I woke up with some discomfort, so I tried placing it on top of one of my usual pillows for better support. After three weeks of use, my sleep has improved tremendously, and I'm experiencing no aches or pains. This is definitely a keeper, and I highly recommend it.
