Their app really sucks. If you're trying to reach your step goal, you have to have your phone with you at all times while you're walking or running. So forget it if you're on a treadmill watching TV or reading emails. It won't record them. It won't synch with Samsung Health or Fitbit. When it comes to fasting, it's all screwed up as well. You enter a date and a time and it has a mind of its own and it thinks you've been fasting for a much different time period than what you enter. Additionally, the workouts are too short and way too easy. They are not gonna get you to your goal. I'm supposed to lose 10 pounds in a month with a 5 minute workout LOL?
I like several things about this program:* the variety of activities* there is a time listed next to each activity* there is a countdown at the end of each activity* there is a choice of order in which to do the activities* there is a variety of people/body types performing the activities * most of the activities have a narrator giving step by step instructions in addition to the visual model
Easy, guided self-analysis pre-plan: illustrations of what "overweight" vs. "obese" - etc., lots of choices for describing current eating habits, easy to adjust exercise intensity and type. Only slight flaw so far: verbal description of exercise starts after exercise timer starts, so if you don't have it right from the short video, you have to correct during the allotted time.
I love the exercises in the pilates and the delivery and explanations as it's pitched perfectly for me and I love that the exercises have been different for the two days Ive done it but find it challenging to set the days and keep a record of exercise completed.
I really like the variety in the different types of workouts and also that I get to pick the level of difficulty. I have been following these workouts for 12 weeks now and have yet to get board with them. The one thing that I wish I could do is go back to a prior day to do the planned exercises if I was not able to get to them on that particular day.
