Terrible experience!! I decided to try the 7 day trial and canceled promptly on the fifth day. I have a screenshot of my cancellation which shows the date. FitCoach continued charging me for March, April, May, June, and July, unbeknownst to me. I have sent three emails in the last month, received one response saying they have a heavy workload and will get back to me ASAP. There is no phone number to call. I have had to go through my credit card company to try to get my money back.
On March 2 I registered for the 30-day trial and cancelled on March 28. On April 2 and May 3 I was billed for $30.99. On April 16, April 24 & May 3 I requested a refund and received the below auto-reply each time: Hey there, 👋Thank you for your email!Due to the heavy workload, our customer support reps may take longer than usual, but we will consider your request! Same s***, different day.
