Review Time
I had ordered a set of coilovers during the Black Friday sale as a Christmas gift expecting them to arrive before 12/18 but they had been placed on back order. Greg was super helpful with the whole process and they actually arrived 3 weeks early and they look fantastic. They are the tru hart street plus coils.
Have used fitment in the past and were fine; not sure where the quality control process has declined. My first order completely left out a 4th wheel from shipping.... it just never came. At all. Got two used / damaged wheels as well. Literally looked like the wheels were test mounted or had curb rash on the inner and outer ends. So, incomplete order and damaged. Filled out a promissary return exchange and was told I had to ensure the wheels were packaged and returned in good quality packaging which was kind of backhanded since the ones I received looked horrendous and were sent in boxes that appeared to either be extremely old or used, damaged, or both. Fine, still did my part... im a customer, not freight or handling. Packed the damaged ones in a better box (in an FRS.. not much fun to drive to and from FedEx with wheels crammed in)... only to receive an incomplete set of wheels in the mail, again. Im not a difficult customer but this process really was unfortunate. Its just 4 wheels. Was offered a T shirt. Will not be returning, sorry guys.
