Just collected my Volvo V90 from Savannah Cars and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The team were professional, helpful and transparent throughout the process, answered all my questions, and made the whole purchase feel straightforward and stress-free.
The car was exactly as described, well prepared for collection, and the handover was smooth with all paperwork and warranty explained clearly. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car and good customer service
Terrible experience. Untrustworthy and poor communication. The owner of this service also manages a mailbox operation. He abruptly closed the service in violation of the agreement WITHOUT notice, simply sending back mail. Unacceptable behavior. Fails to return calls. Additionally, he evicted several current tenants with minimal notice. AVOID THIS SERVICE.

CAUTION ADVISED!!!!!!!! I purchased a vehicle and faced issues from the very first day. It had to be returned multiple times within the first couple of months for different problems, and I was repeatedly asked to give them another chance. Despite being provided a hire car and an extended warranty, the vehicle continued to have significant issues, including a failing gearbox. The claims about prior servicing turned out to be false, leading to further expenses. Ultimately, I lost a significant amount of money and would not recommend this service to anyone. PLEASE BE AWARE.
