I ordered a tumbler only to discover they are imitations. As soon as I tried to use it, the lid wouldn't fit properly. I would advise steering clear of this service; the quality is very poor, and I plan to inform the original brand as well. Buyer beware.
I ordered a keychain featuring Mickey and Minnie Mouse, personalized. It was meant to be two-sided, but it isn't. The personalization is unreadable, and the whole item appears dark, lacking the cheerful look shown in the ad. I've requested a refund, but the policy suggests that may not happen. I ordered it on September 6th, and it was delivered on September 14th.
This service doesn't even deserve one star! They are impossible to reach, and when you do, it's just a chatbot with no follow-up. A package meant for my home was delivered to the wrong address, and I provided proof of the correct address. I reached out via email a week ago and have yet to receive any resolution. The delivery service has also not responded. A Christmas gift for my daughter won't be under the tree thanks to these companies, but I will keep pursuing this until it's resolved!
