This management service is unreliable and misleading. They provided incorrect information about the rental property, which was undergoing major renovations. They were aware of the construction but still chose to rent it out despite warnings from the HOA.
This management service is untrustworthy, fraudulent, and deceptive. They misled us about the rental property, which was under significant outdoor renovations. They were aware of the construction but still rented the property despite the HOA advising against it.
We had an amazing experience in a well-kept and pristine home. It truly exceeded our expectations. Different homeowners may provide varied experiences, but ours was exceptionally positive, and the customer service was prompt and helpful.
Deceptive business practices. They list homes with a 100% refund policy on a rental platform but hide an undisclosed credit card fee in the description. After canceling, they charged a 3.5% fee on the entire rental amount, which was only a deposit. After seeing other reviews, I’m relieved we canceled due to their poor reputation regarding property conditions and renter interactions.
I wish we had the same positive experience as others renting from this service, but we do not! Currently, we are in a home with numerous problems. While they may seem minor, spending significant money for a family vacation after 23 years, we expect things to function properly. Issues include a non-working pool, a broken dryer, no propane for the grill, malfunctioning showers, a broken sofa, and pests inside. Additionally, advertised sleeping spaces are in closets, and bikes needed replacement. I believe this is enough to warn other renters about this company.
Should be labeled one-star properties. There is nothing upscale about this company. The properties are poorly maintained, the business is mismanaged, and the staff is inadequately trained. The owner seems indifferent while profiting without providing quality. Consider them a scam. Stay far away to avoid headaches and wasting your money.
Terrible company with poor management and communication. They falsely advertise, neglect property maintenance, and leave guests with numerous issues. They refuse to reimburse, and we will pursue a legal claim to recover the significant losses we incurred due to our stay.
Properties are not well maintained. The garage door opener was inoperable, fans were broken, light bulbs were burnt out, and there were stains and worn cabinets. The worst was the bathroom, which became unusable due to a collapsing floor just before our arrival. They made no effort to rectify the situation during our stay.
The customer service from this rental service was extremely disappointing. They offered no assistance when their delayed response created issues with our checkout. When I explained that our young child needed time for a nap, the manager threatened to involve authorities if we didn’t leave immediately. This response was very harsh! There are many reliable management companies in the area. Avoid taking chances with this one.
