I used this FixMyOculus.com for a battery replacement service, and my experience was disappointing. Although they respond quickly to emails and answer phone calls, their initial communication is poor. I had to reach out to get a shipping label and status updates.It took over a month to get my Oculus back. When I received it, I noticed the serial number didn't match the external one. I called, and they said they replaced some parts due to an issue with my device, but they never told me this. Plus, they didn't replace the battery as promised.After I sent proof of the issue, they apologized and asked me to send back the device. By then, I had lost trust in them and didn't want to wait another month. My request for a refund was denied.I don't recommend their services and won't use them again.
