Review Time
One time my Quest 2 had bad bad stick drift. I sent my controllers to them for like 70-ish bucks and when I got them back they worked like brand new! I'd personally recommend.
My meta quest 3 suddenly stopped charging and the only offer that their support had (after wasting my time trying to do basic rebooting) was for me to buy an entirely new one all full price. Fix my oculus gave me a repair that costed about $142, which is expensive, but it was still way better than what Meta could provide, which was basically nothing.
Quick to start the shipping process. However, their tutorial on how to replace a joystick has multiple wrong steps. I messed up my spring due to this and had to shell out an extra 33 bucks for joysticks, toppers, and springs. I definitely would recommend to buy parts from this website but their guides are wrong. I will say that when I bought the second pair of joysticks + springs + toppers, they came 10 days late but that was a USPS issue and not the websites fault.
I found them after losing all hope of saving my sons VR. I sent them a message and got a label instantly. Took a couple days to get there as expected. A few days after I got a call about it and they explained what was wrong, how they were going to fix it and how much it would cost. Great communication. It was shipped back to me. I noticed it was taking longer than the expected delivery date (6+days) so I contacted them. Within the hour I got a phone call saying they were watching it and if worse comes to worse they have insured and I was assured I'd get a VR no matter what. Luckily it arrived. Then my daughter's went out. Same thing, quick delivery, shipping, ok turn around time. We got it and opened it but the screen was still black and wouldn't connect to the controllers. I contacted them yet again and they immediately sent out a 2 day shipping label and promised a 2 day turn around. When they got it they found out what was wrong and fixed it. Didn't even charge me because they missed it the first time. Very pleased with the customer service. The only thing I'd complain about is the turn around time but it's expected when you're like the only place that fixes VR's so I didn't mind. As long as I didn't have to buy a brand new one lol
When I got my controllers back couldn’t connect to the headset, sent an email and 5 minutes later fix my oculus called, and the issue was resolved,I’m really appreciative that they called, really helpful impressed with their customer service
My son accidentally cracked the depth sensor glass on his Meta Quest 3, and Fix My Oculus went above and beyond to help. They replaced the glass within the promised timeframe. When we noticed lingering issues after the repair, they immediately provided a 2-day return label and expedited the sensor replacement. Outstanding customer service and responsiveness!
I went to buy a new grip assembly for a controller and they have yet to respond or even send the part to USPS. I have reached out in many forms and have yet to receive even a single response. Their chat on their website has failed to get a response every time I have used it and always defers to giving my email yet somehow I still haven't received an email. I can't recommend them for this behavior to be honest, it's poor customer service, especially when the part showed to be in stock (recent calling suggests otherwise) and they just need to give it to USPS. I'm not even asking for a repair, I'm doing that myself. I just want a single part and they have failed to be transparent with how long that should take (I was told 3 days, it's been a week and again, USPS doesn't even have it yet). Upon calling today I was finally told the part was hard to come by and they just got some in... they never said on their site this part was in short supply or even out of stock.
