I accidentally ordered wrong size, I sent an email to the costumer service and within 5 minutes I got a response from them. I told them about what'd happened and they quickly gave me a solution, on top of that they gave me a 25% discount. Their costumer service is great.
I had an issue with my order where my address had got mixed up. My new address and old address had somehow merged together which meant my parcel was delivered to the wrong address completely with no way of locating it. After many emails back and 4th 1 agent Queen took of my case and within 1 day reordered and sent my order to me. Ill have 1 happy boy on Christmas day now!
