Review Time
I had an issue with my order where my address had got mixed up. My new address and old address had somehow merged together which meant my parcel was delivered to the wrong address completely with no way of locating it. After many emails back and 4th 1 agent Queen took of my case and within 1 day reordered and sent my order to me. Ill have 1 happy boy on Christmas day now! I had purchased built in Shin pads for my grandson, but they were too short and needed to re-order in time for Christmas to Australia. I emailed Flair and explained need to return and re-order. A Lovely lady named Casi responded almost immediately and offered me 25% disc of my new order and didn't have to return the ones I had originally ordered.This is fantastic customer service and was extremely grateful. I highly recommend Flair.
I placed an order for a pair of shin pads at black friday discounted price but wasnt sure if the second pair was added for free as mentioned in the promotion. I sent an email to ask about this and received a reply from Ian straight away explaining that i had to add the second pair manually myself and was informed that he did it for me so i dont miss out on that extra pair.
