Broken shinguard

My shin guard was broken, which shouldn't have happened. I sent an email and Queen from Flair replied to my message within one day, saying they would check if it was covered under warranty, etc. A day later, I received confirmation that they had sent a new pair. Really well handled! My gratitude is great, and they are top-notch shin guards!!
