I reported it to the bank and also emailed the company. They agreed to refund a partial amount. I am still trying to get the full amount refunded.

SCAM!!! they said they would cancel my membership if i left a 4 or 5 start review. Cancelled my credit card instead. i'm not going to let them fool other people just bc they have positive reviews.
