I run two professional cocktail bars and have been a long-term customer of Flavour Blaster, spending a significant amount of money on their products (liquid, bubble solution, and equipment).
Recently, I purchased a new unit to replace a previous one that stopped working. After just two months, the new device has also failed.
The issue is clearly not related to the tanks. I have tested the unit with three brand-new tanks, and it still does not work. It is obvious that the problem comes from the internal mechanism, most likely the fan.
Despite explaining this multiple times, their support has been extremely poor:
• They keep insisting on sending replacement tanks (which, by the way, have not even arrived).
• They ignore the actual issue.
• Responses are slow, unclear, or simply not helpful.
This is not just inconvenient — it is affecting my business. I have cocktails on my menu that depend on this equipment, and after printing menus, I am now unable to serve them. That means real financial loss.
What is most frustrating is that I am expected to spend another €700 on a new unit when the current one failed after only two months. That is completely unacceptable.
For a product aimed at professional use, the lack of proper technical support and responsibility is shocking.
If you are considering using this company for your business, be aware: if something goes wrong, you may be left without a solution.
I would not recommend relying on this brand for a professional environment.

The product is amazing BUT....

The product is amazing but the gun is constantly malfunctioning, it takes many many many tries to get the smoke to actually come out of the gun. I manage a restaurant, and this is very popular, but I need someone from support to contact me.

Bad customer support and finicky products

I have to say I’ve now had over three of these flavour blasters over the past year an a half. I chose the mini as I rarely use it and only need it for occasional events. My first one stopped working randomly for no apparent reason. I just assumed it was fault and over the past year I purchased two more for different colleagues. I was happy at first but then all three just stop working randomly. Occasionally it works and then just stops. I’ve contacted support on many occasions and they just give me a whole load of jargon when realistically If your spending that sort of money you shouldn’t only be able to use it like twice before it stops. Both of my recent guns I hadn’t used for ages and then finally went to use them and they just don’t work. One doesn’t turn off or charge and the other one does but then just doesn’t blow out any of the smoke. They are extremely finicky and I’ve had to buy a different product on Amazon because I can’t keep chancing it may work or may not work. I keep being told to go with not technical support which I’ve done but they don’t seem to join the meeting. Today I was waiting for over 15 mins and no one came to the phone. I’d say if you would like something reliable and good customer service I wouldn’t use this brand.

You buy a 400 euros kit in less than too years the machine doesnt work anymore. And they told they dont fix because its more expensive than the machine and they dont have spare parts either. The only they offer its buy another for 319 euros instead of 320!!! Scammers betrer check another sellers. 1. my machine wasnt dismantle or smashed dont lie. 2 your supper discount was 1 euros another lie again. a 3 your technic was ther only for offer buy the new product and told theres no spare parts even. 4 i never ask for warranty cover only for can buy spare parts o technical deparment for fix. your answer was its too expensive fix. 400euros machine to expensive fix...when all the parts was ok except the start button.so stop lying
