After exhausting back-and-forth conversations, they finally agreed to take a card, but this policy alone raised serious trust concerns.The most concerning issue, however, is that once I pushed back against their upgrade demand, they outright stopped working on my second channel and even took the outrageous step of changing the password to my Google account—behavior that I consider nothing short of theft and coercion.This experience left me with the clear impression that this company is not transparent, not professional, and not trustworthy. If you value your money, your time, and your online accounts, I highly urge you to think twice before ever working with this company.
