This has been the most disappointing experience I've had. I purchased a package but never received any placements. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, there were many promises made but nothing was delivered. Don't waste your money; this service feels like a scam!
This service is clearly a scam. There's no way to cancel a membership, and they misallocated songs to the wrong artist, which should be impossible. They don't respond to inquiries. I'm currently disputing all my payments with my bank and considering legal action.
I released a country song, but the first playlist I was added to was a metal playlist. Naturally, anyone interested in metal would skip my song, leaving me worse off than before. Most playlist links they provided don't work, and the responses are generic and unhelpful.
