They were professional, understanding, and genuinely committed to resolving the issue. The team kept me informed throughout the process and worked quickly to put things right. I really appreciate the way they handled the situation. Mistakes can happen, but what truly matters is how a company responds — and in my case, they stepped up and delivered excellent customer service.
