Very disappointing service experience.

Due to a significant delivery delay, I couldn't return the item because of the large package. I sent several emails to the support team, but there was no reply, and their phone lines were down. Based on this experience, I will not shop with this platform again and strongly recommend others to avoid it. It was very disappointing.

Lamps arrived in perfect condition

The lamps arrived in perfect condition, matching the pictures exactly and were well packaged. I appreciated that the homepage provides options to purchase the correct lightbulbs for the lamp and notifies you if the bulb is not included.

Impressed with the service quality

I am really impressed with this service. This isn't my first time ordering from them. The lamp is high quality and looks fantastic above the dinner table. Delivery was quick, and I was kept informed throughout the process.
