We recently ordered a bulk set of KrakenSDR units for our company. Dealing with sdrstore was a very smooth process from the start. We reached out to them for a quote and they responded within 30 minutes, which helped us get the funding approved by our department without any delays.
Price-wise, they were much more competitive than other suppliers we looked at who had massive markups. The parcel arrived via FedEx in perfect condition and all devices are currently being integrated into our testing enviorment. We are very happy with the service and the clear communication. We will definitely be using them as our primary supplier for RF gear going forward.
I bought a clifford edition hackrf portapack about a month ago and specifically said for the SMA ports to be soldered however they sent me the ports not assembled. Which I just saw as I am pretty busy and didn't have time to play with the device until now. I tried to solder them myself but I broke them. I immediately contacted them via live chat and let them know about the issue. They responded very fast and said that they are sorry and that they may have not seen the note. In the end they told me that they will send me a new set of sma ports at no extra charge. I have received them and managed to solder them properly now. Good service.
Ordered 5 of the rtl v4 kits for me and some friends for a project we are starting. I'll admit I was a bit suspicious at first given how many clones are floating around on other sites, so once they arrived, I actually took the time to open each one up and check the boards. They are indeed all original and working exactly as expected. The parcel came via DHL and was well packed. Its a relief to actually find store that dosen't sell clones :)
Bought the clifford portapack for a university project. I'm new to sdrs and had a few questions about the product. The guy on the chat was helpful but he definitely talks "engineer", I had to google a few terms he used lol. Parcel arrived well packed and without any issues. It didn't come with a manual so I had to find the GitHub wiki for it, but once it's running it's awesome. I recommend you add the product manuals/datasheet directly on the product page.
Bought an expensive item from this store to be delivered to the UK. Despite claiming to be ‘completely transparent’ in their delivery policies, at no point during the shopping process did they state that they would be using Evri as the courier. When enquiring about UK deliveries, they ambiguously state that they would use either DPD, Royal Mail, DHL or FedEx, without giving any option to choose which, but certainly at no point did the order state that Evri would be engaged with the delivery. I deliberately avoid the use of both Evri and Yodel as delivery options when shopping as they have a disgraceful track record in my area. I would not have shopped here if I had known they would be used. They surreptitiously used Evri as the courier, and lo and behold, Evri have dropped the ball as expected. Neither Evri nor SDR Store know the true status of the package, and despite providing evidence as such to the store, they have gone radio silent on communications with me. I am furious as this was a near-£300 item. SDR Store are claiming that the item hasn’t even left the continent, whereas Evri are claiming that the package is of unknown whereabouts in the UK. Utterly disgraceful. Will not be shopping here again, and would recommend that anyone who values their time, money and patience do not shop here either.

Warning - Do NOT use this store I ordered a Christmas present for my son - they send me an empty package - and claim something was in it - my son opened an empty package on Christmas witnessed by grandparents and other guests - no refund no nothingIt is easy to claim the package weight at me receaving it - it did not Weigh close to 1 kg - it was empty - the delivery guy does as far as I know not weigh the package - I hope he does because then it would be easy to prove who took the supposed content! I feel provoked by the Company insinuating that I somehow is trying to cheat - the package was opened in the pressens of others - there was nothing in it - I allready at that time suspected that my son unfortunately chose a foreign Company that was fake, I contacted the Company and explained that a Got an empty package - they apologised an Said that problems could happen during busy Christmas operations and that they would figure out what happened - I waited more than a month - no contact - and when I write Them to follow up - rhey eroter that the shipping Company Stated a certain weight - wich is impossible - and then stated that I would recieve no compensation and no product.So this whole ordeal leases my with two possibilities - the Company is scamming its costumers - or they have no control with the shipping and when problems occur they blame the costumers!This case Will now go to the policeBut I recommend that if you dare using this Company - check the package before signing - because when there is a problem or no product - the Company Will blame you!Watch you money
